Favourite outfit for these 75mm jerkbaits has been:
Rod: infeet Ex 722LRS
Reel: Luvias LT 2000s
Line: 8lb j-braid grand and 4lb J-thread fluoro leader.

Jerkbaiting rods are certainly a personal preference. I don’t mind using both slow and fast taper rods. Both have their advantages and allow subtle differences in the way you can work a lure .
